Analisis Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Inovasi Layanan terhadap Efektifitas di Klinik Azizah Medika Bandar Lampung

The effectiveness of healthcare services in clinics is greatly influenced by the organization's ability to manage knowledge and implement service innovation. Clinics that are able to optimize knowledge management and service innovation tend to provide more efficient, consistent, and quality services. This study aims to determine the implementation of knowledge management, service innovation, and service effectiveness, while also analyzing the influence of knowledge management and service innovation on service effectiveness at the Azizah Medika Clinic in Bandar Lampung. The study used a quantitative approach with a survei design. The study population was all 40 healthcare workers at the Azizah Medika Clinic using a saturated total sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression with t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the implementation of knowledge management was in the good category, and most respondents considered service effectiveness to be effective. The regression analysis showed that knowledge management and service innovation had a positive and significant effect on service effectiveness. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect, contributing 78.9%. Strengthening knowledge management and developing service innovation are important strategies in improving the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.
