Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of profitability, company age, capital structure, and liquidity on firm value in the real estate and property sectors. Profitability is assessed using Return on Assets (ROA), firm age is assessed by the difference between the research year and the company's founding year, capital structure is assessed using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), liquidity is assessed using the Current Ratio (CR), and firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, with a total of 270 observations. Data analysis used panel data regression using the EViews 13 application with a Fixed Effects Model. The results show that firm age has a significant negative effect, capital structure has a significant positive effect, while profitability and liquidity have no significant effect on firm value. This research provides post-pandemic empirical evidence and is useful for management and investors in decision-making.
