Pengaruh Minat Belajar dan Media Pembelajaran Mystery Box terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Kelas IV di SD Negeri 071028 Luzamanu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning interest and mystery box learning media on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 071028 Luzamanu, this is because teacher-centered learning makes students less active, easily bored and less enthusiastic. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach through multiple linear regression analysis. The population and sample of the study amounted to 23 students determined by the total sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire to measure learning interest and the use of mystery box learning media, as well as a multiple-choice written test to measure learning outcomes. The validity test used product moment correlation and the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25, including normality test, linearity test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study showed that learning interest and the Mystery Box media simultaneously had a significant effect on learning outcomes (F-count = 16.965 > F-table = 3.493; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Partially, learning interest had a significant effect (t-count = 3.475; sig. 0.002 < 0.05), and the Mystery Box learning media also had a significant effect (t-count = 2.247; sig. 0.035 < 0.05). The R-square value of 0.629 indicates that both variables together contributed 62.9% to learning outcomes, while 37.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study.
